Shipments are FOB China Port to US CFS warehouse and are subject to standard origin CFS charges under FOB terms. Shipments require Ocean AMS and ISF filing which are included in the above rates. A minimum density of 166 kilos per cubic meter applies with density discounts for shipments greater than 300 or 400 kilograms per cubic meter. Booking for Xlerate constitutes entering into a Confidential Negitoated Rate Agreement (NRA) between the shipper and Edward J. Zarach. Maximum dimension for any side is 90 inches. any dimension exceeding 90 inches subject to surcharge.
